Our consultants work in teams of 2 or 3, on a broad range of marketing projects--including marketing strategy, brand development, and web production. Our consultants play a major role in every facet of an engagement; they must understand and evaluate a client's concerns, and create theories that can be used to solve those problems. Each engagement may last from 6 weeks to 6 months or longer.

identera seeks candidates with outstanding records of achievement, particularly in the areas of academics and leadership. Excellent interpersonal skills and a high regard to business ethics are pre-requisites, as is an undergraduate degree.
